TERMS OF SERVICE
The terms of service govern all sites within the Sunshine Marketing Promotions Network and shall all come under the site name of eHuggy sites for the purpose of terms of serivice. Sunshine Marketing Promotions Network sites provide select free services to select businesses internet community in select countries. Use of Sunshine Marketing Promotions Network sites is for business purposes only and is not for private use or for use by minor children. It is the parents' responsibility to supervise their children, and their internet usage. eHuggy sites will not be held responsible for the parents's failure to properly supervise their children.

This list of companys or countries we will not provide service to may and does change daily, and without notice.
Sunshine Marketing Promotions Network sites list businesses free or otherwise paid through monetary exchange or barter in good faith that the business is conducted in compliance with our terms and acceptable business practices, but we make no guaranteee that any business practices good and legal business services concerning their services and/or goods. It is up to the buyer to use good judgement and just prudence in selecting and maintaining trading partners. To that end, we give no advice as to whether a business is good to deal with, or not, and by listing them in our directories, we take no responsibility for their acts.
Sunshine Marketing Promotions Network sites provide paid advertising options as part of the wide range of services offered, on an 'unlimited' basis. Unlimited is defined as any number of visitors from zero to infinite in any given billing periods, and as such the conditions of service are met once the ad(s) are place on the website and published to the web. There are no refunds for partially used ad periods. The ads are provided on a subscription basis, and are billed in accordance with the subscription and payment method chosen, on a secure server. Sunshine Marketing Promotions Network sites have no access to credit card information. In order to cancel paid services the subscriber must cancel their subscription - click here to cancel the subscription and must notify us by email.
All banner ads placed on Sunshine Marketing Promotions Network sites are be to be used for the business that approval was requested for, and approved was given for. Banners may be changed by the advertiser within the approved business, but changes must be approved, in advance, by us, before banner changes gong live, by submitting the proposed banner to us via email. No email attached banner may be sent to us, without requesting in advance to submit a banner change. Attachements are automatically blocked ,so approval to submit a banner must be made in advance.. Any banner that does not meet our standards or terms, as decide by us must be removed immediately upon email notification. Should the banner not be removed within 72 hours of notice, all banners will be removed from the Sunshine Marketing Promotions Network site until the business has complied and no extenstion of subscription period will be given to compensate for any time period lost due to non-compliance of terms. Any business that changes the content of their landing page, or any other page within their site, and that change no longer complies with our standards, guidelines, or terms, will have their ads cancelled immediately, without warning, and the ads will not be replaced until the entire site is within compliance, and reapproved. No refund for loss of ad impression, clicks, or resulting loss of traffic or sales will be given nor extension of subscription period. Compliance is the sole responsibility of the business owner. We will not tolerate spamming our site with unauthorzied advertisings, or with landing page or site content changes that bait and switch our visitors or, that do not reflect the originally approved content topic.
Sunshine Marketing Promotions Network sites reserve the right, and do exercise the right to modify listings to make them compliant to our terms, general publishing practices, or to increase the exposure of the ad and drive more traffic to the business linked to the listing. Any free listing may be pulled at any time by contacting the webmaster.
